Ivor Cutler's poetry is often surprising and lets the reader see the world from a most individual viewpoint. It's thought-provoking and amusing. John Hegley's poetry is more directly designed to amuse, but in amongst the numerous poems of everyday subjects, it manages to twist your perception.
